Out of the 10 times i logged in to the app, 9 times the account doesn't load up. Reading through some of the earlier feedbacks here, it seems Coinhako has acknowledged they are facing technical issues. What is appalling is that these issues does not seem to have been resolved at all. Definitely one of the worst app around to even deserve 1 star.

(No.1) when you click $1000 to buy, after buying and started trading, it starts up with $980+-. why is that so? (No.2) when you are looking at the price to sell eg. $2000, then u click trade, sell and preview sell immediately, the system show maybe $1,100 only. we are getting $900 lesser and still have to less out 0.6% transaction fee, end up getting lesser and lesser. why is that so? is there system issue/bug or lack of transparency?

The portfolio is a good feature however it is very confusing to the point that I don't refer to it. The purpose of the portfolio is to view my current holdings (average price for multiple purchases) and know whether it is in the green or red and how many percent gain/loss. It should exclude sold off cryptos from the average calculation.
